Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to patients
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their stay
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• Prior CNA experience in a hospital setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergencies
• Attention to detail in documentation and vital sign measurement
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on excellent patient care
