Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for physician interpretation
• Position patients appropriately and ensure their safety and comfort during radiology exams
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
• Follow established radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself
• Document patient information and image details accurately in the medical record
• Assist in a collaborative healthcare environment and support team members as needed

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minnesota state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
• BLS certification required
• Previous experience as a rad tech or in a similar imaging role preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable operating X-ray and imaging equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to following protocols
• Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes and shift needs
