Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately as directed
Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and responses to care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
Collaborate with the nursing team and facility staff to follow care plans
Maintain clear, timely documentation in the patient record
Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varying schedules
Strong communication and documentation skills
Professional, reliable, and patient-centered approach
CPR/BLS certification is a plus

Education

Completion of accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing treatments
Patient assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Wound care basics and pressure injury prevention
Electronic or paper charting and accurate documentation
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Teamwork, time management, and effective communication
