Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (day shift) - per diem, as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the RN
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
Previous LPN experience preferred but new graduates are welcome!

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge of LPN scope of practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
