Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition changes
• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Georgia
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience as an LPN in a clinical setting is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of practical nursing principles and practices
• Skilled in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Proficient in patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
