Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and follow-up care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia (or compact privilege)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in medication administration and patient assessment
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to think critically and respond quickly in emergency situations
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
