Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living needs
Administer medications and treatments safely according to care plans
Perform timely clinical assessments and report changes to the care team
Document patient status and interventions accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, providers and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
Support patient comfort, dignity and education during their stay

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire or eligible to practice in the state
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Active clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new graduates welcome to apply and discuss training
Reliable local commuting availability (local-only assignment)

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skills (vitals, wound care, medication administration)
Clear, professional communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Accurate documentation and charting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with electronic health records is a plus
