Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize drug therapy
• Monitor patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Participate in code blue and emergency response

Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Hospital pharmacy experience required
• Oncology infusion experience preferred
• No new graduates - minimum 1-2 years experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in sterile compounding and IV admixtures
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and Omnicell dispensing systems
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and drug interactions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
