Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in procedure rooms with patient positioning and comfort
Handle specimen collection and ensure accurate documentation
Perform bedside precleaning of scopes to maintain safety standards
Set up and break down procedure equipment efficiently
Restock supplies to keep the unit running smoothly
Support esophageal motility studies in the gastric lab when needed

Qualifications

BLS certification required
At least 1 year of previous GI tech experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced ambulatory setting

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with EGDs, colonoscopies, and flexible sigmoidoscopies
Comfortable with patient positioning and scope handling
Strong attention to detail for specimen collection and equipment setup
