Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical moments
- Quickly assess and triage incoming cases with precision and calm
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
- Educate patients and families during high-stress situations
- Champion patient safety and advocate fiercely for the best outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania via Nursys
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- NRP and DCI/BVP preferred for top candidates
Education
- RN degree from accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
- Proficiency in critical care protocols and pharmacology
- Strong communication in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Compassionate patient interaction under pressure
