Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission, gathering medical histories, current status, vitals, labs, and diagnostic results
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
• Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all patient care, ensuring compliance with hospital standards
• Champion patient safety by adhering to established protocols and standards of care
• Deliver compassionate, respectful care that honors each patient's culture, lifestyle, religion, and age

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain one before start
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, ideally in an Emergency Department
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Experience with Point Click EMR preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and triage skills
• Medication administration with attention to safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Accurate documentation with confidentiality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Collaborative spirit and adaptability to changing priorities
