Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Support patients with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia
• BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous CNA experience preferred but new graduates welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Skills in vital signs monitoring and documentation
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Empathy, patience, and attention to detail
