Shift Type: Flexible per diem shifts, as needed, including 12.5-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Support patients with meals and hydration
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia
- BLS/CPR certification
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous CNA experience preferred but new graduates welcome
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles
- Skills in vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Empathy, patience, and attention to detail
