Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate occupational therapy services that help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed OT.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and activities tailored to each patient's individualized care plan.
- Document patient progress with accuracy and timeliness to support continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.
- Collaborate closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- You are a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- You hold an active COTA license in the state (or can obtain one before starting).
- You've got strong teamwork skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

- Knowledge of occupational therapy interventions and modalities
- Patient care and documentation skills
- Patient education and communication abilities
