Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Take vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support mobility and repositioning to prevent bedsores
Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations
Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in New Mexico
BLS/CPR certification preferred
At least 6 months of CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility

Knowledge & Skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
