Location: Santa Maria, California

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with on-call requirements including every other weekend from 3:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday and weekday evening call from 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $93 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in Cath Lab, IR, and EP settings
Assist cardiologists with left and right heart catheterizations, STEMIs, ICDs, and pacemakers
Support interventional radiology procedures including port placements, fistulas, and IVC filters
Collaborate with the care team during ablations and EP device procedures
Float between Cath Lab, IR, and EP lab to support dynamic patient needs
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner and Xper systems

Qualifications

Active RCIS or ARRT certification required
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
EP lab experience preferred for travelers
Travel experience is a plus
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Cath Lab, IR, and EP procedures
Familiarity with Cerner and Xper documentation systems
Comfortable floating between multiple specialty areas
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Quick decision-making during on-call situations
