Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM plus call coverage, with 1-2 weeknight call shifts (3:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and every third weekend on call (24-hour shifts from Friday to Monday morning)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in and assist with a variety of Cath Lab procedures including emergent revascularization, left and right heart catheterizations, and peripheral interventions
Operate fluoroscopy equipment and support panning during diagnostic and interventional cases
Start IVs and prepare patients for procedures such as cardioversions, TEEs, device implants, and temporary pacemakers
Collaborate with cardiologists and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient experiences
Float to Heart and Vascular Pre/Post areas as a helping hand when needed

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
RCIS or ARRT credential (ARRT must hold active ND Rad Tech License)
Radiation badge supplied and in hand prior to start
Comfortable scrubbing and/or panning; panning experience alone is acceptable
Preferred experience with IABP, Impella, Shockwave, Laser, IFR/FFR, IVUS, Rotapro, and IV starts

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Cath Lab procedures and equipment including Philips Xper, Siemens C-Arm, and 4-port manifold
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
Ability to respond to call within 20 minutes
Willingness to float to Pre/Post areas and support the broader Heart and Vascular team
