Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 36 hours per week with 1x/week weeknight call and 1 weekend per month (Friday evening through Monday AM)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor hemodynamics during cardiac, vascular, peripheral, and neuro intervention cases
Assist with conscious and moderate sedation while ensuring patient safety and airway management
Manage cardiac drips including Integrilin, dopamine, and vasopressors during procedures
Support balloon pump operations and other critical procedural equipment
Collaborate with the Lead Tech on room assignments and case flow
Respond to emergent STEMI cases and inpatient procedures as part of the on-call team

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
Fluoro permit required
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of recent cath lab experience
Comfortable with conscious sedation, procedural processes, and cardiac drips
No RCIS or CCT accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac and coronary procedures
Vascular and peripheral interventions
General IR and neuro intervention techniques
STEMI receiving facility protocols
Balloon pump management
Airway management during procedures
