Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams including portable chest and portable abdomen to support accurate diagnosis
• Execute fluoroscopy and C-Arm procedures in surgical and mobile settings with professionalism and attention to safety
• Administer and prepare contrast media as required, following facility guidelines and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams, charting procedures accurately in Epic
• Operate and troubleshoot GE and Philips imaging equipment and PACS to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide patient-centered care across age groups including pediatrics and adults, communicating clearly and compassionately
• Maintain required certifications and Oregon state licensure while following infection control and radiation safety practices

Qualifications

• Current Oregon state radiologic technologist license (required)
• ARRT (R) certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Fluoro permit preferred
• Minimum 1 year of radiology experience, preferably in a large acute care/teaching hospital setting
• Comfortable with C-Arm procedures, portable imaging, and fluoroscopy studies
• Familiarity with Epic and PACS charting systems

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax imaging
• Experience with mobile/surgical C-Arm procedures and portable chest/abdomen exams
• Competence in preparation and administration of contrast media
• Working knowledge of GE and Philips imaging equipment and PACS
• Ability to work with pediatric and adult patient populations in acute care settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
