Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons with precision during life-changing procedures
Prepare operating rooms with meticulous care for optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile fields to ensure patient safety every time
Anticipate needs of the surgical team for seamless operations
Support post-op care to promote swift recoveries

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Current BLS certification
Valid license/certificate verification
Successful completion of skills checklists and competency testing

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation
Sterile technique mastery
Team collaboration in high-pressure environments
