Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with evening call 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM, 24 hour call on weekends

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic vascular interventions including angiography
Execute therapeutic procedures like angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolytic therapy
Handle embolization therapy and vascular access devices such as PICCs and central lines
Conduct advanced interventions including TIPS, IVC filters, and port insertions
Manage aspiration, drainage, biopsies, and pain management procedures
Deliver specialized treatments like Y90/TACE, cryoablation, and nephrostomy insertions
Respond to emergency calls with skill and precision to save lives

Qualifications

Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
IR Residency or Fellowship training
North Dakota license highly preferred or IMLC required
ACLS and BLS certifications
Clean malpractice history preferred
Experience with all required IR general procedures

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in interventional radiology procedures from angiography to embolization
Proficiency with Epic EMR
Strong skills in vascular access, biopsies, drainage, and pain management
Capability in advanced therapies like TIPS, Y90, and cryoablation
Preferred neuro stroke thrombectomy experience
