Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized speech therapy to patients in their homes
- Assess communication and swallowing needs to create tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress
- Document sessions and track outcomes to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
