Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
- Monitor and manage titratable drips including insulin and cardizem
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians
- Perform hourly rounding to enhance patient experience and safety
- Float to same-level-of-care units to support team needs and broaden your experience
- Administer chemotherapy and other specialized medications with precision and care
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC certification preferred
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months is helpful but not required
- Willingness to complete a pass/fail open-book exam during orientation
- Valid driver's license required at time of submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Comfort with EPIC electronic medical records system
- Ability to titrate drips and manage complex oncology and trauma patients
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Genuine compassion and a positive attitude even during challenging times
