Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to long-term residents
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Support residents and families through education and emotional care
Qualifications
- Active Alaska nursing license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- PALS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience
- TNCC certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with long-term care residents
- Ability to work independently in a small facility setting
