Location: Lehi, Utah

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform essential diagnostic testing including ABGs, PFTs, EKGs, and bronchoscopy procedures
- Monitor patient progress with pulse oximetry and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Safely transport patients within the hospital and between facilities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional respiratory care
Qualifications
- RRT credential required; CRT may be considered
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
- Prior EMR experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license within 60-mile radius
Education
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program (CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and care planning expertise
- Proficiency with ABG, PFT, EKG, and bronchoscopy procedures
- Strong pulse oximetry monitoring skills
- Comfortable with patient transport responsibilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
