Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
  • Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed
  • Create meaningful rehab plans that help patients return to the activities they love

Qualifications

  • Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Outpatient physical therapy experience
  • BLS certification
  • Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient care is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload in a small-town setting
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative rehab team
  • Business-casual professional presentation
