Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care across all facility areas including NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
• Deliver expert care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics in a Level II trauma setting
• Operate advanced respiratory equipment including ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow systems
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Make independent clinical judgments while maintaining high standards of care
• Support patients throughout their respiratory therapy journey with compassion and expertise

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• ND state respiratory therapy license required
• NICU experience required
• Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
• Strong communication skills for effective physician collaboration

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics equipment
• Experience across inpatient, ER, and critical care settings
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making abilities
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
• Ability to adapt to various clinical environments throughout the facility
