Location: Prescott, Arizona
Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, self-scheduling with manager balancing, 2 weekends per 4-week schedule, holiday requirements for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to a variety of patients including those with COVID, respiratory conditions, GI issues, diabetes, and post-surgical needs
- Interpret telemetry strips and sign documentation at least once per shift
- Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as TIA and CVA
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Float to East Campus or PCU when qualified to support facility needs
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience reading basic telemetry strips
- Some experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA preferred
- Cerner experience recommended due to limited orientation time
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and strip reading
- Care for post-surgical, orthopedic, and spinal patients
- Managing patients with respiratory conditions and diabetes
- Working with remote telemetry monitoring systems
- Adapting to different units and patient populations
