Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional cardiac monitoring and telemetry care across multiple units
- Titrate cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardene, Nitro, and Heparin with precision and safety
- Interpret EKGs and respond quickly to cardiac rhythm changes
- Float between Telemetry, MedSurg, Neuro, and observation areas while delivering consistent, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and PCTs to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Support post-cath, post-vascular, post-CABG, neuro-surgical, and general medical-surgical patients on their road to recovery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Strong cardiac drip titration and EKG interpretation skills
- Minimum one year of recent telemetry or MedSurg experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry and cardiac monitoring expertise
- Cardiac drip titration proficiency
- EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
- Ability to float between multiple units and campuses with ease
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
