Shift Type: September 2, 2026, Night Shift (Shift 3), 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to physician orders
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly while educating residents and families

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

  • Skilled in nursing assessment and care planning
  • Knowledge of medication administration and documentation standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
  • Empathy and compassion for residents and their families
