Registered Nurse - Urology Clinic
Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Start Date: 06-29-2026

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, daytime hours vary between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, staff rotate shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain sterile fields for urology procedures
- Assist physicians during cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and other outpatient procedures
- Place catheters and provide skilled nursing care to urology patients
- Educate patients on conditions like BPH, UTI, and LUTS with compassion and clarity
- Collaborate with the lead urology nurse and clinic administrator to deliver excellent care
- Float to other specialty clinics when needed while maintaining the same meaningful duties
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to set up sterile fields and assist in outpatient procedures
- Experience placing catheters in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
