Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for step down and med surg patients, managing complex medical needs including chest tubes, cardiac drips, and ventilator support.
• Perform tracheostomy care and wound dressing changes with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a smooth recovery.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes with clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in step down or med surg.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with trach care and chest tube management.
