Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Assess patients' oral health and document conditions to support accurate diagnoses
• Take and process digital X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and personalized home care routines
• Collaborate with the dentist to deliver seamless care during exams and procedures
• Maintain a sterile, organized, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (RDH)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced per diem role

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and terminology
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental software
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control protocols
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records
• Compassionate bedside manner and ability to ease patient anxiety
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
