Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises according to each patient's plan of care
- Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in condition
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs to promote independence
- Communicate patient status and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards to keep everyone safe
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Massachusetts PTA license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy interventions and patient care techniques
- Accurate documentation and medical record-keeping
- Patient education and home exercise program instruction
- Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Infection control and safety compliance practices
