Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Be a trusted companion and advocate for residents and their families

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification is preferred but not always required
• Compassionate and patient approach to care
• Reliable and dependable with a commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work various per diem shifts as needed
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of resident confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• A genuine passion for helping others
