Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist dental hygienists and clinicians in delivering outstanding patient care during hygiene procedures
• Operate and support the GBT machine for guided biofilm therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Efficiently manage two operatories to keep appointments flowing smoothly
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take and document patient histories and support chairside procedures
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene best practices

Qualifications

• Virginia dental assistant certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience with GBT machine preferred
• Ability to comfortably run two operatories
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to infection control and safety standards
• Comfortable working a 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift
