Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and mount dental radiographs as needed
• Provide excellent patient care and reassurance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support the flow of the office with orthodontic tasks

Qualifications

• Must be orthodontic certified (we love that credential!)
• Comfortable working in a per diem/on-call capacity
• Prior dental assistant experience preferred
• Ability to work the scheduled shift from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures, instruments, and materials
• Denticon software familiarity
• Sterilization and infection control best practices
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner
