Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing
• Take and develop dental X-rays to support accurate diagnosis
• Screen patients for oral diseases and perform periodontal assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient flow
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Document patient care accurately in the dental records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Experience in dental hygiene is preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work the specified shift (12:45 PM - 9:00 PM)

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Excellent patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to infection control protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Comfort using dental practice management software
