Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on condition management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
• ACLS certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Medical-surgical nursing assessment
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Effective communication and teamwork
