Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
• Perform periodontal assessments and document patient oral health
• Take and develop dental X-rays with accuracy and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and at-home care routines
• Collaborate with the dentist to support individualized treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner
• Experience with dental charting and radiography
• Commitment to upholding infection control standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Skilled in using dental instruments and X-ray equipment
• Understanding of OSHA and infection control protocols
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly chairside approach
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
