Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized at-home care techniques
• Take and develop dental radiographs to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to help protect patients' smiles
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a safe, sterile clinical environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient-education skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene best practices and infection control protocols
• Proficiency with digital radiography and dental charting software
• Skill in building rapport with patients of all ages
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
