Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis to maintain oral health
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Create a comfortable, welcoming environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for patient care and education

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Proficient in patient charting and dental software
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
