Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments ensuring a safe environment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Deliver compassionate care that makes every patient smile

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• X-ray certification a plus
• Experience in orthodontics is highly valued
• A caring, patient-first attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental office

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Understanding of sterilization and infection control
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
