Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse while delivering compassionate long-term care
- Administer medications and perform essential wound care for residents
- Monitor and support residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Collaborate with DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Provide personalized attention in a 26-bed long-term care setting
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and wound care skills
- Experience with Matrix EMR system a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership as charge nurse
- Comfortable working independently in a smaller facility setting
