Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Support nursing staff with vital signs and documentation
Create a warm, safe environment that feels like home

Qualifications

Active Vermont or New Hampshire LNA license
Current BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Prior long-term care experience preferred

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
State-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and teamwork
Attention to detail and patient safety
Ability to work independently on night shifts
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
