Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in the operating room, making every procedure count
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless operations
- Respond to on-call needs with skill and composure
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and advocacy
- Adapt to mixed shifts while keeping your cool under pressure
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS and NIHSS certifications
- Experience in OR nursing preferred
- Ready for Trinity competency testing and skills checklist
- Up to date on health requirements including vaccines and screenings
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong surgical nursing expertise
- On-call responsiveness and weekend availability
- Proficiency in operating room protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptability to mixed shift schedules
