Shift Type: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday with possible weekend coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, goal-driven occupational therapy using proven processes and principles
Provide compassionate care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Utilize adult and pediatric equipment to support rehabilitation journeys
Adhere to hospital policies and Alaska's Scope of Practice for top-tier care

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent occupational therapy experience
Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Alaska
BLS certification required

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in occupational therapy processes and principles
Proficiency with adult and pediatric rehab equipment
Strong patient-centered care approach
