Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate physical therapy to patients in their homes across greater Sacramento county
Treat a variety of diagnoses including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
Meet productivity goals by seeing 5-6 patients daily while providing impactful care
Collaborate with home health supervisors for optimal patient outcomes
Document visits accurately to support seamless billing and reimbursement

Qualifications

Certified Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
At least some experience preferred, new grads considered in extreme cases only
Ability to work independently in home health setting
Reliable transportation for patient visits

Education

Completion of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in treating cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
Strong home health documentation and timesheet management
Excellent patient communication and motivation skills
Familiarity with productivity standards in home health
