Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care in a mental health setting, making a real difference in patients' lives
Assist healthcare providers with patient assessments and treatments
Manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe, supportive environment
Support patient intake, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or equivalent licensure
Experience in mental health or correctional healthcare is a plus
BLS certification preferred
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Education

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of mental health support techniques
Ability to handle documentation and equipment in a fast-paced environment
