Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Operate and interpret monitoring equipment and life-support devices
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana or compact license
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Previous ICU experience is valued
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
