Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor respiratory status of pediatric patients
• Administer oxygen, aerosol therapies, and ventilator support
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Document patient responses and adjust therapies as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
• Current RRT or CRT credential
• BLS certification required
• Pediatric respiratory experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy modalities
• Critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records
• Compassionate and clear communication with families
